I have a problem with conditional formatting

I got a table attached

In there For each service type , I want to show different colors for each column

For instance

Service name : Data Center for 'son 24 saat' if condition satisfies it should be blue

                       MPLS for 'son 24 saat' if condition satisfies ist should be red

                       Wired Network for 'son 24 saat' if condition satisfies ist should be yellow

I want tihs different colors for each whole row I mean

Blue for son 24 saat ,son 7 gün, bu ay, son 30 gün, geçen ay, son 3 ay, son 1 yıl

Yellow for son 24 saat ,son 7 gün, bu ay, son 30 gün, geçen ay, son 3 ay, son 1 yıl

Black for son 24 saat ,son 7 gün, bu ay, son 30 gün, geçen ay, son 3 ay, son 1 yıl

I put the formula just for the first expression but you can copy and paste it for the others, it will just change the expression used in the comparison.
