Hi,
I'm working on a page where I can display 2 charts that contains different data. You see i have 6 charts in one page and its already very small to interpret I was thinking of just displaying two at a time when I make a filter. Any recommendation?
Good plan. Charts have a Conditional Show option on the Layout tab of the properties window. You can enter an expression there that evaluates to true or false to show or hide the object. You can use that in combination with a small inline table created in the script to let users choose which charts should be shown. It works almost the same as the showing/hiding of dimensions and expressions in a Customizable Straight Table.
Hi you are looking for a good idea but suppose you have 5 filter in your dashboard then for which filter you want to see which chart object.i hope this will be complicated. as discussed hide & show is one of the option. or easiest way just spread the objects in two Tabs instead of one tab.
Thanks. I'm also taking that as an option if things workout
Thanks, will try that conditional Show option. I appreciate this
Have you tried to use a container?
oh, yeah I read about container and saw a sample. Thanks for mentioning it that's the one I would want to do
