We want to change Y-Axis values dynamically in bar chart

Hi Friends,

In bar chart we want to show dynamically if you select actual then actual values if you select any millions if you select billions then billion as per my second screen shot way.

Initially my chart have like below way :

In above chart Y-Axis have all are Millions values instead of that we want to show as like blow screen shot way :  

Can you please help on this

Actually I want to see as per my second screen shot way or if we can show symbols on axis that would also helpful.Can you send me sample one.

I did attach a sample with my last post. Did you see that sample? On the axis, it mentions the symbol, but only once. Here is the screenshot:

If you see, there is 'M' at the top of the axis. Is this good enough? or you need 700M, 600M, 500M and so on, on the axis?

I need 100 M , 200 M , 300 M , 400 M so on , On the left side Y-Axis side.
