Web View / Chart Icons

Can anyone shed any light as to why my users can't see the 'Copy Image to Clipboard' or 'Print' icons on my charts? We're using IE 10.  All they can see is the 'Send to Excel' icon.  I can see them and use them when not in web view mode when developing.

Yes... they're checked.

are you trying by right click to get this? if so it may not appear . please enable the caption and then try with that . If possible  share the image of the same

I read, the Copy to Clipboad option is not available in Webview.(AJAX)

check the below links. there is some other options to copy the image.

Edit:  i hope you know, if the IE Qlikview Plug-in is installed in the Access point, you can see that options.
