What are the min. requirements (installing hardware, software, OS) to install QMC?

Windows 64bit server, ~450mb disk space, .net 4.5 and 4gb ram (though this might be 8 since QV12).

About OS, which versions of Windows Server support QMC? And, can I just install QMC on a machine without IIS or QVWS?

QMC comes with its own web server, so you do not need IIS or QVWS.
