What is the different in expression with and without '=' sign before that?

It might seems pretty obvious to most of you but I am not clear on this.

What is the different in expression with and without '=' sign before that?

Can you someone explain it with some example?

Hi.

= is similar to let expression it will evaluate the result

whenever = is assigned before an expression or variable its value is evaluated
