When using QlikView Expressor?

I took a few days looking at QlikView Expressor and I have some questions:

What advantage does QlikView Expressor give us about QlikView script? What time is right to use it? Are there any practical examples?

QlikView Expressor is (or more "was") the ETL tool Qlik offered. I am saying "was" because Qlik is in the process of sun setting Expressor.

The advantage of Qlik Expressor over Qlik script is the same as with every ETL tool over any script: Easier for governance.

You can, however, realize something similar with script by just using layers of QVDs between QVW's in which you do steps of the data transformation.
