Worksheet won't refresh after it is republished

Sometimes when I'm developing Qlikview documents I leave a couple of values selected when I copy them to the server. Of course whenever a user opens the document it defaults to whatever I selected. So I go back to the editor, deselect all values and republish - but I'm still seeing the sheet with the original values selected in IE.

How can I reset the sheet? I've tried doing CTRL - F5, reloading the data via the management console, restarting the browser but the values are still highlighted. Any ideas?

Hi, I believe your users are keeping their session between your refresh.

You can disable this behavior in QEMC, document tabs. Check the option  “ProhibitSession Recovery”.

The name and location of this option can change depending on your server version.
