X-Axis Values

Is there a way to edit the number of values displayed on the x-axis of a chart.  For example, I'm pulling from a data set with dates over a 3 year period and want it to only display every quarter instead of every month.  Is there a way to do this without reformatting the dates?

not clear on the issue.

why dont you add quarter as the dimension ?

Some charts do have the ability to limit the number of records or to add a scrollbar to better show things, so I would recommend you review the Help for the specific chart type you are using first and shout back if you have further questions after that.

That will get you where you need to be, just use the left side table to select the specific chart type to check the properties available on it...
