XL, Print and Help icons not visible

I am using QlikView 11 and am publishing the viewers using the AJAX client.  I have added help, XL and print icons to straight tables and even when viewing in wedmode, I see those icons.  As soon as the document is opened via the browser, those icons are not visibile. Any thoughts on how to workaround these issues?

Hi, You can see the document configuration in your qlikview server.

You need check the box for the "Alow print and excel users".

It looks like this option is already checked in that config.  If you click in the space where those icons should be, it works.  You just cannot actually seen the icons when rendered in a browser using AJAX.
