accesspoint slow

Hi All,

At the moment we have an OEM Qlikview Server Enterprise Edition.

We have a lot reloads that run every hour.

But the users are complaining that the dashboards in the accasspoint are verry slow.

We have some dashboards aroun about 1,5 Gb.

And we have 128 Gb of memory.

I think it's because the reloads are on the same server as the accesspoint.

What options do we have?

A publisher or Clustering? or ??

Who can help me with this issue?

regards,

Kris

A Publisher will certainly help a lot.

However you might need more CPU power if you have large applications with extensive calculations on large amounts of data.

Hopefully your server can take multiple CPUs....

Tuning the applications with regards to uncessary fields and making sure that fields has as low cardinality as possible. It can make a tremendous effect on application size and recalculation speed (that will certainly speed up applications a lot).
