Have you got Seccion access in your application? If you have it you must configure in reload options.

		Hi,
There might be multiple scenarios.
1. QV server service account might not have access to the source like DB/Share path e.t.c
2. The user running QMC task might not have access
3. In section access include service accounts,Account of user running QMC task.

		Verify if you have service account added in QMC.
Check your db/file, if the views/table are altered and the extract file is not updated

		Check the Log file of the Qlik application that you reload from the QMC by this you are able to find out the error.
To enable this open Qlik Doc >> Settings >> Document Properties >> General >> Enable the (Generate Log File Option)

		Yeah, much better is generate a log file for QMC Task fail.
You can assign yourself an email and each time task is failed you'll get an email
QMC>Systems>Setup>Distribution services>Alert-Email> Add your email there
Or you can also check log files in your server folder
QMC>Systems>Setup>Qlikview Servers>Logging>check for log folder location
