Open through notepad.

Right click->open->notepad

there's no open with, WHENE I click open it opens in cmd

Thanks I am able to open the .bat file..but I would like to undersantd the script inside :

call E:\QMSEDX_CommandLine\QMSEDX -task="Update Debut Dashboard" -verbosity=5 -to=3600 > StartTask.CB.log -password="test123"
