calculated dimension pivot and straight table showing zero

Hi,

     Below two calcluated dimensions i used in pivot and straight table. its showing first record acc name acc code starts with zero. i enabled supress when values is null in diemnsion tab but no use.

=if(ACNT_FLAG='C',ACNT_FLAG='M',ACNT_CODE)

=if(ACNT_FLAG='C',ACNT_FLAG='M',ACNT_NAME)

some one suggest some way to avoid it.

Understood ur point, means u are not manually changed ur display name from sunindia/Sunny T to Sunny T/ Sunny Talwar,  is't right?

I can change from my username to my actual name on file (Actual name on file is Sunny T), but to change the Actual Name itself is what I just showed you above

Does that make sense?

Absolutely, actually I did't changed (earlier it was Shiva Reddy now it's showing as Shiva Qlik) my name..but it changed some how!,I though to know that...tht's why I interrupted here.

here opening balance,debit,credit values are corect. but if any i select any acc code it showing wrong value. it is really strange. and the total for opening balance also wrong

please suggest some idea?
