can we set a timer for reload in qlikview personal edition

can we set a timer for reload in qlikview personal edition such as some 15 mins?

You can reload the application with .BAT file

""C:\Program Files\QlikView10\qv.exe" /r "C:\File.qvw""

So we can schedule a .BAT file with windows scheduler.
