cell border colored

Hello All,i need a help regarding  my UI part ,the thing is in that attachment if you see for the list boxes and for the charts  only the cell borders are coloured with blue how could i can achieve that, please find my attachment

do the following change

Settings--> Document Properties --> General--> styling mode -> select advanced

Object Properties -> Layout -> Border Width(Top Left)

After Making the ,

Settings--> Document Properties --> General--> styling mode -> select advanced

You can see the ,

Object Properties -> Layout -> Border Width(Top Left)
