change bar chart label color (not legend)

Hi please see attached QVW. I want to make the label color of bars to white (Budget $1000, Actual $100). I tried axies font color, text color from by expanding the expressions, and chart font color. Neither worked. Please take a look and let me know, thanks!

You can adjust the axes font color in the chart properties.

Properties -- Axes -- Dimension Axis -- Font -- set the color to white.
