circular references problem

I got my tables into qlikview and they formed a chain of tables starting by the table of countries and ending by table for Brands

everything is just fine

but now I want to integrate section access for users in such a way that users have privileges by country and others have privileges by Brand

now the table of sectoins access (users) will link the country table and the Brands table so how to avoid this circle?
