i am using Qlikview to follow-up my backlog of incidents
I am loading a file (from excel) that include:
incident nbr / status (open, closed) / creation date / resolution date
I can easily make any graphs based on those fields, but I do not succeed in calculating the backlog of the incidents per week
in other words, I need per week, the number of the incidents that were opened (creation date in the corresponding week) , the number of the incidents that were closed (resolution date in the corresponding week), and therefore the remaining tickets in the week (the ones that have been opened and not closed)
can so help me ?
i want to calculate this information in a graph, according to the criteria I used (in a certain year, or in a certain month, or in a certain week for example)
