Hi all,
It is possible to display in qlikview a table like this:
ID | Description | OrderDate | End | comment |
1 | bla bla bla | 12/10/2017 | 13/10/2017 | this is the last comment |
1 | bla bla bla | 12/10/2017 | 13/10/2017 | this is the first comment |
2 | abc abc abc | 13/10/2017 | 13/10/2017 | this is the last comment |
2 | abc abc abc | 13/10/2017 | 13/10/2017 | this is the middle comment |
2 | abc abc abc | 13/10/2017 | 13/10/2017 | this is the first comment |
Into this format:
ID | Description | OrderDate | End | comment |
1 | bla bla bla | 12/10/2017 | 13/10/2017 | this is the last comment |
this is the first comment
2 | abc abc abc | 13/10/2017 | 13/10/2017 | this is the last comment |
this is the middle comment
this is the fist comment |
As you can see that the information is duplicated in the first 4 column and only in the last column we got different data.
created and example
Use a Pivot Table, with 1 as expression
Is not a way to don't display the 1 into the column?
And when I export the files to excel nothing is changed. I tried to avoid the people to do manual manipulation.
Hi Constantin,
Qlikview does not hold formatting while exporting to excel.
Macros might help on formatting the exported data.
Thanks
Thanks to let me know. In this case I can't do it...
Try This,
I used a trick ... color 1 with blank
Thanks Alessandro.
I still need to find a way to keep the format the same like in qlikview and export it to excel:)
