connection string?

Hi experts,

i have qvw in that they have loaded created a connection strings , now i copied that application and trying to reload it is giving error like field not found ,

i have asked them regarding this they told me like load connection strings again(need to change path of the connection strings)

but when load connection strings going for relaod after finishing reload it is showing like

excution of script failed reload old  data? what is the problem?

Hi,

1.May be the connection string not created properly for checking this copy and paste the same string in to new QVW and check its connection if it connect then ok.

2. Create new connection string in the new QVW and check this also if it is worked then try to load a table with access DB.

1. verify the given string  path  also test the connection . if  test fail then make correction OR u need to create new connection .

2. make sure Relative path is check or not

Check the size of the QVW and remaining free space.

i have loaded that .cfg file from the same location but i have dash board in my folder now.

previously it was there in other folder

Paste your connection string, so we can see. Maybe the connection was not copied correctly.

Test it by using Debug first, before you hit Reload, then paste the error here.

make sure i did not make any changes with  .cfg file , and path as well

same time .cfg not work properly if u move the file from it's original location.

and

past the connection string.
