creating a delta column based on selection dates in a pivot chart

I am looking to add a total to my pivot chart that calculates the change from the latest date selected to the earliest date selected.  Right now I have it so that it calculates but only in another table. 

Is there a way to make this happen in one table?  like this:

Sales_Person	Month	4/1/2021	5/1/2021	Change
Anne		6	20	14
Bob		10	18	8
Carol		18	16	-2

What you want is not possible in a pivot table. You can only have columns for every dimension value. It's not possible to add custom columns to the pivot table
