creating qvd with a button

can  i create a qvd directly exporting data from current selection box with the help of a button. can anyone help me with the steps please/.

I read the thread in which same problem was mentioned,

and i got to know that you have missed the below

ActiveDocument.PartialReload

can you past it within macro and run that?

It seems you cannot export a Current Selections box to QVD (your "CS01"). Seems Logical...

Two cases where the Edit Module window pops up when executing an export macro:

• Only some object types can be exported to QVD. Consult APIGuide.qvw to find out which object types
• The object you're trying to export must exist (but it can be completely empty)

Aditi, you can't export current selection box object to qvd.

So, is there any solution for it, for whatever selection i have made, same data can be exported from qvd button if not from current selection box.
