You can use the transpose transformation to rotate the table so it's in a more usable crosstable format. In the script editor click on Table files and select your excel file. Accept the default settings here and click Next. Click on Enable Transformation Step. Click on the Transpose button on the Rotate tab. Click Next. Change the column names of the first three columns as needed. Click on the Crosstable button. Set Qualifier fields to value 3. Set Attribute Field to Date and set Data Field to Amount. Click on OK and finally click on Finish. Save your qvw document and click on Reload.
Oh, and clean up your excel sheet first. There's orphaned data in the range P4:Y7
