custom pivot table

Hi

I have a problem in pivot table and this cuase a big risk in my project.. I have to develop a pivot table like the image blow..

as you see the dimention of above table are statik... we have a year dimention and other 8 aggregate column in the to of the table and also have some dimention in the right of the table ...some of those dimension (dimension in the right hand of table) are come's from the data ware house and some of them are aggregate...

how can i develope thet table... thanx for your help
