design the same format in qlikview...?

Hi All,

I am attached two excel sheets one is sample data and second one is My expected design in qlikview.

Baseline valuecount Calculated by Jan Month means jan month is fixed(baseline) one
Current valuecount calculated by Feb month means Feb month is varied by month to month. Suppose I am including  march month value at that time current month is march.
baseline marks and current marks also calculated by same process as above.

The same design and format developed by qlikview. How to design this one.?

Plz write  the  expressions , dimension expressions and design process  in discussion window only.Because, I am using personal edition only.

Pls Any one help me in this part.
