There is the Internet Explorer Plugin in the Access point you can use, but this is really difficult communication. You need to explain the issue in detail, we can play the guessing game...

A developer will use a desktop/laptop to develop a QlikView dashboard. As Ioannis points out, the dashboard is likely to be consumed by the business users via AccessPoint. However, the business user  may be accessing AccessPoint from a desktop so making a clear distinction is not possible.

Development of dashboard: Workstation;

Publishing of dashboard: Server;

User Access: Web Client via IE Plugin or Ajax ZFC.

So depending on your point of view, the answer is yes.
