dynamic update works for some users but not for others

Hi QlikView experts,

I have an issue with using the Dynamic Update functionality. For some reasons this seems to work for some users but not for all.

I have to mention the followings:

- all users are utilizing the desktop client

- the Dynamic Update fails only for some users and only when they are opening the document in server; it works fine for the same users if the document is opened locally.

- i checked "Allow Dynamic Data Update"setting on the Server  and "Enable Dynamic Data Update" from Document Properties.

Do you have any idea? what could possibly be the reason for this problem?

Have you checked if these users are in the QlikView Administrators Group and the others are not? That might be a reason, as far as I know.
