eliminate "empty space" in graph

got a simple question, but couldn`t find the answer. Hope, you can help me.

I`ve got a graph with two bars and empty space below the graphs. How can I eliminate the empty space?

now you got "empty space" above and below the bars. Isn`t it possible to show the bars with minimum borders?
