empty values in excel

i load the values in dropdown through excel sheet e.g.

head subhead amount 
abc abc1 
def def1 

so

abc and def is in head dropdown

and

abc1 and def1 is in subhead dropdown

and there is also text box value amount

so when i select head abc againt this subhead abc1 i select from dropdown and enter value 100 in textbox then when i click on add ... data is added in table ..

but when i export this table in excel sheet data is displayed like this

i am done with export like .. right click on button ---- action ---add--external--export

head subhead amount
abc abc1
def def1 
abc abc1 100 

means all values which i load from excel is also exported in excel sheet .. how i get only this

abc abc1 100 

i also did through suppress value is null but this did not work

check all files..

create folder with the name of t and place this all files in all folder.. remember you must rename a folder with "t" beacuse on export path is given like that

C:\Users\HP\Desktop\t\te.csv

when you add new entry and export file then record is added in file (te.csv)  after record added open te.csv file then record which added is there .. plus first two empty records (amount and month) are still there which i dont want

not able to open rar file. It is showing corrupted.

resend it again.

updated rar file

because there is also excel file in this which is linked with qlik file .. open it again or i attach each file separately
