exceeded the 'TimeOutStartBatch' limit of 2400 s

i am facing that error very frequently while pulling data from SAP..

what would be the solution kindly help

Hi

Our customer is also getting this from time to time.

The reason is that our extract (from infocubes i BW) is launced as (default) background processes in SAP. These will not get priority if there are a lot of other processes running and the result is this timeout.
