Data Source - 1 Tier

Data model - 2 Tier

Qvd - 3 Tier

Binary Load - 4 Tier

Hi,

In First Tier:

Data is loaded from the Database and stored in QVDs.

In Second Tier:

Data is loaded from QVDs and tranform the data based on business needs.

In Third Tier:

Using the Binary load the Qlikview file created in Tier II is loaded in to the Qlikview file and all chart objects are created in this Tier.

Hi,

1st Tier - Raw data is getting loaded and QVD is creating.

2nd Tier - QVD is transform in the business login and requirement of the business and data model is created.

3rd Tier - Reading the all QVD from 2nd tier and make a single QVW or may be any binary load.

Hi,

Prerequisites for Qlikview are SQL, Datawareshousing concepts, mathematics (like algebra etc).

Learn SQL first after that learn some Datawarehousing concepts, after that start learning Qlikview.

Go through Qlikview Reference Manual or buy Qlikview 11 for Developers book.

First Tier:Data is loaded from database

2nd Tier:Data is loaded and transformed (You will understand once you start learning Qlikview training

3rd tier :Charts are created with the help of data from tier 2

Hi

In FIRST Tier

We will fetch the Source File from the DataBase

and Will store that file into QVD.

In SECOND Tier

We will used that QVD

and will Prepare Our Data Model According to the Requirement

In THIRD Tier

We will Prepare the UI part of Application

using Our Data model which is Designed in SECOND Tier
