fit columns to data in straight table

hi Qlikss

I clicked on fit columns to data in my straight table. it expanded to large table

how can make it come into normal

i mean i want to reduce length of table

what i have to do

Then undo layout if you dont save application

now one of my expression is got hidden in straight table

4 expressions are there but only three visible

how to unhide that one

Check in Presentation tab whether column is hide

no column is not hidden

i don't know why

could you share the sample app ? if you have un-cheeked the size to data and increased the width and don't have so many columns then it won't get expanded automatically you need to manually increase the width that is the way ..

I feel you have only few columns and the width your using is too  much that's why it's not expanding ..

Add more dimensions to straight table and check the width will increase as per the data columns

no i have so many columns around 90 columns

HI,

Try this ,

Mouse over on Largest width of the Expression Column --> Right Click --> Equal Column width.

so that all expression columns width will be same and hidden expression will also be shown.

Please, check the Security options in your Sheet Properties. Maybe you have un-check "Move/Size Sheet Objects". I had the same problem and this was my solution.
