force display of zeros in a line chart

Hello got the following line chart

the chart shows the number of defects per version per number of months after the creation date of each version

so far so good

but is there a way to make the lines start from zero?

I checked the continuous option of the dimension axes but it shows zero but increments by 5 (though I specified the static min and step)

and then user cannot select a value of the dimension by the mouse click

Please advise
