I have 2 graphs with the same data but different view

1. one with country dimension.. to see the country wise graph

2. with country dimension removed and in total .

now iam maintaining 2 graphs. is there a way to have both of these graphs in one chart?

if there is no possiblity of the above. how can we switch between 2 graphs?

You can use Enable Condition of Country Dimension.

For some defined instance , Country will be Enabled and for other it will be disabled. In this way in one chart only you will have both of these

Hi,

If you are looking at the best way to maintain the expression there is a couple of ways.

If expressions are used across a number of charts and tabs, then adding them to a variables then when you add you expressions you just need to call the variable with the dollar expansions.

The changing your variable then changes all the instances of the variable.

Then is it is just different dimension then like Jonathan above suggests.

Have a look at Qlikview sample file "Prescription Tracker" found in Start Page of Qlikview Desktop.

plenty of techniques shown in that file.
