how can I know the all the fields used by a document?

we have a QVW documents which includes a few sheets and each sheet includes different objects, i.e list box, charts, multibox etc. The data comes from one table, but we'd like to know which fields of the table have been used by QVW. instead of going through each object, is there any better way?

thanks
