how can i find different values between two string variable?

hi

i have a problem to find different values between two variables

for example one of the my variable contain that strings : 'A','B','C' and another one have this values : 'A',B','C','D' , so the different between these variable is D.

how can i find this value in the expressions? with  which functions?

but in the my real problem, i have word values

for example Va='book','pen','cat','dog'   and  Vb='book','pen','umbrella'

so i want Va-Vb='cat','dog'

what can i to do?
