how can take date along with transaction no and branch in staright table with hightest amount???

Can anybody help me to achieve my desired result in this application .
Here i want top 10 customer those are having amont highest amount along with their branches and Date(disb date/first disbursement date )in a straight table with a primary condition that all top 10 members should comes under bucket no 4.
