for example, i have an excel workbook has two sheets sales of 2013 & 14, but i show me only the one for 2014,should it be in one sheet for example ? , i want to make comarison between these two years ?

1)Load Data from excel into QlikView as mentioned above
2)Once done Reload the file.
3)there are two ways by which you can represent it nicely is Bar chart and Line Chart
also using stacked chart and combo chart
Also layer charts
is it a proplem if the fields in both sheet have the same names ?

With all fields the same name, QV will auto concatenate into a single table for you. Should then be fine for you to create required charts from there.
In this instance it sounds like just yea on year data, so it is best to be in a single table really.
if the fileld name and values are same than it is good, qlikview itself associate these fields.
but if you don't want to associate you can use Noconcatenate.
What you actually want to calculate.
if the fields are same in the two tables ,whenever we load that two tables it displays the synthetic key or association in the table viewer.
