The below window showed up when i open my doc on AccessPoint and this situation occerred only with this doc which i have just moved to the
rootfolder on server. How this happen an` how to solve this?
Can you replicate this anytime?
Does this happen to all users? does the user with the error message have access to the document?
take time to look at the logs from the Qlikview Server as well.
You could also try the following;
take out the document from the root folder
restart the server
make a copy of the document
rename the copied document
place the new document on the server again
