how to access files(excel or sound files) on the web?! Where to upload them? ...

Hi all,

I want to upload some sound files on the web and to be used by QlikView for reloading.

Something as free fpt server or ... on a virtual directory www.abcd.com/soundfiles .... ?

And if it is possible how to do that? How to reload them ?
