how to add a local user on a Qlikview server

Dear all,

I would add a local user on the qlikview server, but I tried for a long time without success.

I always receive the message  "username and password combination not found"

Is there anyone who can put me on the right track ?

I don't know how to solve it

my problem is that by the created user,  I can go into QMC , but I can't do the login on the access point.

What I'm doing wrong ?
