how to change country name if country contains colons?

Hi team ,

I HAVE COUNTRY a FIELD NOW I WANT TO CHAGANGE COUNTRY NAMES LIKE BELOW CONDITION

but the country contains  ' Colons and North korea also colon how to write condition

if(Country=' Democratic People's Republic of ',    'North'Korea', Country)

if(replace(Country, chr(39), '')=' Democratic Peoples Republic of ',    'North'Korea', Country)

Instead of colon in country name use chr(39) (ASCII for ' )
