how to compare 4 dimensions and to create new dimension

Hi all,

I need to create a dimension as NEXT ROUND , As per my table i need to show in dashboard , that what is going to be candidate next round?.. Eg: if he selected in Technical 1 i need to show as technical 2 as his next round in my new dimension (NEXT ROUND)

                    if he selected in Technical 2 i need to show as HR round as his next round in my new dimension (NEXT ROUND)

                    else rejected.

Candidate	Technical 1	Technical 2	HR Round	Final Round
A	Selected	Rejected
B	Selected	Selected	Rejected
C	Selected	Selected	Selected	Rejected
D	Selected	Selected	Rejected
