I wanna create this type of table in straight and pivot table. See attached full table.

Note: I don't need more fields added to the 4 fields

That functionality you will get when you define the group in data.

You change the data and your total will automatically change.

The subtotal (aka partial total) levels are based in the dimension fields, so you will need to add a grouping field as KS said.
