You can only display map with dots not polygon using scatter plot chart.
You need for each location longitude / latitude (in WGS84).
I suggest you to make some search in the box "search Qlikcommunity". Write Google Maps, you have a lot of request, example. You can go also in Browse/Qlikview section.
