how to create static grouping of data

Hi Everybody

I have a list of sale factors that issued

so I want to grouping my Costumers by the numbers of factors that they buy my products

shown same as in my excel

but i want to read my data as sheet data

and teh result is shown in sheet Result

could i do it in macro and the macro give me a temp field that I can use it?
