how to display image in the help box of any object

I need to show colored button in the help box which display when we mouse hover on '?' on any sheet object.

I have pasted a image from images tab but only the its text appears not the image like below.

='qmem://<bundled>/BuiltIn/led_g.png'

Any body has any idea how to do it.
