Hi,

In chart or tablebox you can move the columns using Drag&Drop.

You can simply drag and drop the columns to the required positions.

In "Presentation" tab you can adjust the alignment of the data in column.

The conversion is to keep numbers on Right and Text on Left but you can change that(not recommended thru)

or you can adjust the width of the columns by clicking between two columns(look for cross-arrow sign) and drag left or right.
