how to exclude from my subject field

I really need to exclude data from either the load or the dimensions in my chart as expressions. I have not a clue about how to.

Please help me exclude from either the script, chart dimension or expression certain subjects in the email csv file. For example I need to exclude 'missing file' or 're: missing file' If you could help me with this I could also use it to exclude from the sent by 'bubskim' or 're:buskim'
